1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the qc88 Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the qc88 Platform or its games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any qc88 game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or poker-style games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and will not be paid out.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

qc88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if qc88 reasonably believes that:

• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• Continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to qc88.
• You are under the age of 21, or have been found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.

Upon termination for cause, qc88 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, qc88 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations. If no violation is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your qc88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be returned to you after applicable checks are completed.

12. Privacy

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform fairness, qc88's records shall be considered the primary source of truth, subject to review by the relevant regulatory authority where applicable.
